Put a Home on the Tour
The Remodeled Homes Tour is an annual event presented by the Remodelers Council of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, and this year in addition to stunning remodels we’re going to host accessory dwelling units (ADUs) on the tour.
The Remodeled Homes Tour & ADUexpo showcases homes and ADUs professionally remodeled by members of the Remodelers Council.

The 2024 tour will be in-person, and we are excited to once again partner with Brent Loe Photography this year to provide professional photography.
The virtual tour pages will be customized with the following:

Optional floorplan with Matterport hosting (Matterport not included)
Photoshoot with up to five professional images

REMODELERS COUNCIL & MBAKS MEMBERS:
$1,000 for entries prior to May 30, 2024
$800 for second project prior to May 30, 2024
$1,500 for entries after May 30, 2024
$1,300 for second project after May 30, 2024
*Submit your fully completed project application by July 1, 2024.
Celebrating More Than 20 Years
The tour has been a successful event for more than 20 years, inviting potential customers to come see and experience the best remodeling projects in the region. The tour is free to the public and past attendance has topped 4,000+ visitors. It is backed by a robust marketing program that reaches thousands of homeowners with print, online, social media, and other advertising.
Why Put a Home on the Tour?
Putting a remodel project on the tour is a chance to showcase your expertise. It’s an incredible experience to have a project on the tour, to hear the comments, and answer the questions of visitors to your project.
Hosting a Virtual Site
For dozens of Remodelers Council members, the annual Remodeled Homes Tour is a chance to introduce the public to your work and connect with potential clients. Imagine being able to pre-qualify 150+ homeowners in a single weekend! The earlier you register your project and schedule your photoshoot, the greater the benefit you’ll get from the tour’s advertising and publicity.
Selection
Once your application is complete, our selection committee will review your submission. If we are unable to include your project on the tour, we will notify you and refund any fees you have paid. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
The Registration Process
To be considered for the 2024 Remodeled Homes Tour, the online application must be completed by July 1, 2024.
