Mixing old with new, the master bathroom features black and white tiles with a curbless shower and glass blocks. The space was enlarged by removing a linen closet and the bathtub to allow for a large walk-in shower with polished chrome plumbing fixtures and grab bars.
Keeping the same footprint, the kitchen was remodeled on a limited budget. Cabinets were rebuilt to integrate the Zephyr range hood and new Silgranit sink. The kitchen remodel includes a new countertop, backsplash, and freshly painted cabinets.
