The homeowner’s primary goals for this project included a built-in grill station, dedicated spot for the green egg, fireplace, and TV. Overhead heaters and dimmable recessed lights nestle around an outdoor paddle fan, surrounding the living and dining areas. This configuration provides options for dining, enjoying a televised game, or both.
Over the Top
Tenhulzen Residential took a third car garage that was previously converted into a guest suite with outdoor access only and transformed it into an exercise room with an interior stairway over a glass enclosed cattery connected to the main floor. A new upper guest suite integrates with the existing structure, extending to the back yard.
Serial Remodel
This Woodinville home’s original bonus room was divided into two separate spaces and did not meet the needs of the homeowners, a family of seven. Tenhulzen Residential came to the rescue, adding three times the square footage with a new bonus room and roof deck, including a new slab-on-grade exercise room featuring two folding door systems conditioned by a two-zone mini-split system.
The Makeover
Tenhulzen Residential
The owners found a perfect waterfront house with a large yard for their dogs but weren’t happy with the interior finishes. That’s when Tenhulzen Residential stepped in with updated kitchen, living areas, and master suite. No room was left untouched, and even the exterior got a makeover with an eye-catching new paint scheme and extensive landscaping.
You Only Remodel Twice
Tenhulzen Residential
The owners of this old house wanted to modernize it before moving in. Tenhulzen Residential made it happen with a cozy whole-house renovation using innovative building materials. The primary suite was moved to a new addition over the garage to make way for a brand-new guest suite, exercise room, and office, rounded out with a sleek kitchen update.
