Nip Tuck Remodeling has completed two projects in this home: the kitchen and main floor were renovated in 2017, and the clients returned in 2021with a desire to create a large underground wine room. They also dreamed of a larger laundry room, a dedicated mud room, and a “mom’s” en suite. They are lovers of books and music, so some dedicated space for both were incorporated into their renovation. Nip Tuck added approximately 1,600 square feet to this home, with a combination of below grade, main floor, and a second story.
Cottage Lake Whole House Remodel
This family of six was ready to update their 1995 Cottage Lake home. Instead of building an addition or moving, they chose to work with Nip Tuck Remodeling to modernize their home both aesthetically and functionally. The project encompasses most of their main floor including the kitchen and family room—by raising the sunken living room floor, Nip Tuck was able to re-design the staircase. The primary suite and kids bath also received full makeovers.
Cottage Lake Remodel
The main floor of this Cottage Lake home in Woodinville received a full makeover, courtesy Nip Tuck. The remodeled kitchen has been relocated to open it up to the dining room and create a walk-through pantry featuring stunning wallpaper and double pocket doors, while the laundry was significantly enlarged to create better flow, improve storage, and add a built-in custom dog crate. Natural oak floors, new interior doors, and a redesigned entry staircase complete the transformation.
Mid-Century Ranch
Nip Tuck employed thoughtful design to give this 1960s ranch-style home a fresh look throughout. The laundry room was relocated, the primary suite reconfigured to add a second walk in closet, and the primary bath modernized with wall-to-wall floating vanities and a walk-in shower. The centerpiece is a spacious kitchen—opened up with a massive trio of skylights—flowing seamlessly into a brand-new dining and entertaining area.
