Nip Tuck Remodeling
In this Sammamish remodel, we used a cohesive design to blend and update the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and entire main floor.
To meet the needs of a growing family, Uniplex remodeled the second floor of this three-story Sammamish home. They created two bedrooms, a three-quarter kids bath, a remodeled mother-in-law bath, noise isolation, and a private media/playroom that preserved an existing bunk room, all blended seamlessly with the home’s original motif.
From the onset, the clients envisioned a classic, elegant master bath that would enhance their daily experience, as well as tastefully update their Sammamish home.
Though the basic footprint of the bathroom stayed the same, the bathroom was updated from head to toe and the master closet was reconfigured. Finishes, including semi-custom painted cabinets, quartz countertops, heated floors, and a custom tile shower, completed the transformation. The simple elegance of a white beveled subway tile and custom chair rail tie it all together.
Original construction and finishes were still intact when the new owner took possession of this 1981 home. Our challenge was to update and open up the 2,200-square-foot living area to better suit modern family lifestyles. A new great room concept with an open living, dining, and kitchen area created an upscale, yet comfortable main floor. The new orientation of the family and den area provides useable and efficient work and play spaces. The style is comfortable, warm, and modern.
