This Seattle family is madly in love with their Green Lake neighborhood. But with two growing kids, they were rapidly outgrowing their home. Previous clients, they came back to CRD to design a second-story addition and a whole-house remodel. Their new top floor has space galore, with three new bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of closet space, and a laundry room. On the main floor, they expanded their kitchen, made space for a new pantry, added a family room, and created a better connection to their beautiful covered back deck. A new staircase ties it all together with easy access to the top floor and the finished basement from the gleaming white tile kitchen.

Denny Conner
Denny Conner has been helping greater Seattle homeowners transform their homes through remodeling since 1980. Realizing there was often a gap between the designs clients brought him and what they could afford, he began pioneering the design-build service in the early 1990s.
